Neon Reveries: An Ode to Synthwave

Beneath the flicker of VHS static and the hum of fluorescent nostalgia lies Neon Reveries, a suite of works that translates the cultural DNA of synthwave into painterly tableaux. Here, cinema’s relics are recast as prophets of retrofuturist soundscapes, their gestures and utterances refracted through the chromatic prism of 1980s longing. Each piece occupies the liminal space between celluloid memory and Spotify playlist, evoking a genre that is less music than séance.  An invocation of neon afterlives where yearning is eternal, and everything is scored in synthesizer.
